JIRA as main point of contact for JAO helpdesk issues

Dear Market Participants, After the successful test, we would like to inform you that the JAO JIRA Service Desk goes live today. From this moment on we ask you to use the platform as your main point of contact to JAO, please find the User Guide to JIRA attached which also includes the link to the platform. Please follow the registration steps and after the access has been granted, you can immediately raise requests to the Operations team. (Our email service; helpdesk@jao.eu will remain operational as backup until further notice) We remain at your disposal for any further clarification. Best regards, Operations Team
