Legislative obligations for Ukrainian borders

Dear Market Participants,
On behalf of UKRENERGO, please find here attached the communication regarding the registration with the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (the “NEURC”).
In accordance with energy legislation of Ukraine, the registered participants with JAO for the auctions on UA borders, must register with the NEURC as a participant of the wholesale energy market.
