With regards to the issue occurring since the past two weeks, our team is working with priority one to resolve the situation.
The issue was escalated immediately and our IT provider is working on a solution to solve it, mitigation measures will be deployed tonight as a provisional step towards resolving the situation. Additional measures will be implemented in the upcoming days.
We wish to inform you that, as a precautionary measure, the bidding gates for the relevant Auctions will be extended to reduce the risk.
