Dear Market Participants,

We hereby inform you that the “Harmonised allocation rules for long‐term transmission rights in accordance with Article 51 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation” (HAR) for 2018 has been published on JAO’s website (http://www.jao.eu) under Support/Resource Center/Auction Rules. The proposal of all TSOs was submitted in April and later ACER took the decision on the HAR following the request from the NRAs. As the list of Bidding Zone borders (former Annex 1 of HAR) is not part of the HAR anymore, we published this list as a separate document under the same section of the website.

Once the Border Specific Annexes of (Annex 1 “Harmonised allocation rules for long‐term transmission rights in accordance with Article 51 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation) are officially approved, we will publish it shortly on our website.
