Dear Market Participants,
Information on the Estonia - Latvia yearly auction for 2019 (EE-LV-Y-BASE-------190101-01):
It has been agreed with the TSOs that for the aforementioned auction Article 6.3 of the “Estonia-Latvia Bidding Zone Border Specific Annex” should be interpreted as follows: The Bid Quantity limitation is the maximum volume of Bid Quantity for all submitted bids to this auction per Registered Participant. In this particular auction this is 100 MW (as opposed to the 99 MW allowed previously).
To allow Market Participants to be able to update the bids accordingly the bid submission has been extended until 15:00 CEST.
