Due to the business continuity plans in place, you may expect some delays in communication and we ask you to submit a JIRA ServiceDesk ticket if you fail to reach us by phone. You may also experience some disruptions in non-auction related activity (registration, invoicing, fund transfer requests, etc.) until all business continuity plan have been fully deployed and we would appreciate your understanding.
