Market message - Delay of February Settlement

Dear Market Participants, Following the Auction incidents we encountered since December 31, we want to ensure that all information needed for the settlement of the month of January is processed in the appropriate way. Unfortunately the checking of settlement information takes longer than expected. We hereby inform you that the Settlement Procedure in February (including daily auction results and UIOSI remuneration for January) will be postponed by one working day. This goes for all steps in the procedure. This implies the following dates for the respective steps will be applied; 1. 6th working day (February 8); • Settlement information made available to Market Participants 2. 11th working day (February 15) • Invoices send to Market Participants 3. 16th working day (February 22) • Deadline for Market Parties to transfer the funds to their JAO business account 4. 18th working day (February 24) • Payment of compensations to Market Parties As we informed you before, the relevant information on the settlement will be made available to you via the JAO test platform.
