New date for start of NordLink commercial operation

The date for when the NordLink interconnector starts commercial operation needs to be updated by TenneT and Statnett. Originally it was planned to start market operation on 01 December 2020 with delivery as of 02 December. However, TenneT and Statnett need one more week for testing. This means, that market operation will start 08 December with delivery as of 09 December. Updated market messages will follow when further information becomes available.
