New ticket type “API/Webservices”

Dear Market Participant,

We are pleased to announce the deployment of a new type of JIRA ticket on Monday 16.01.2023.

After the successful completion of the development and testing of the new ticket type, “API/Webservices” now has a few dedicated fields:

•             Services: eCAT (Webservices) / OWS (Market Data API) / Publication Tool Webservices

•             What is the request/endpoint link you are experiencing issues with?

•             What is the error you get back, when sending the request (free text and/or snip, file)

•             What is the time the request was made at? (CET)

This new ticket type will help us provide a better reaction time and a more straightforward technical support to your questions.
