[NordLink] Go-live date confirmed

The TSOs Statnett and TenneT herewith confirm the go-live date for the operational phase of NordLink. Market operation will start 08 December with delivery as of 09 December 09:00. Capacities for the first delivery day will be set to 0 from hour 1 (00:00-01:00) to hour 9 (08:00-09:00). Hour 10 (09:00-10:00) is the first hour where capacities will be released. In addition, for system security reasons a maximum transmission capacity of NordLink of only 700 MW can be offered to the markets initially for a maximum duration of up to four weeks.
