Participation on Britned 2021 auction

Dear Market Participants,
We would like to inform you that by participating into BDL auctions for rights that will be allocated in 2021, you commit to register and accept BritNed Access Rules (Non IEM) + Additional rules applicable for long term allocation under JAO on the BritNed Interconnector by having Participation Agreement amendment No.15 duly filled in, signed and received by JAO on the latest on 21st of December.
