Possible use of extended tap range during the flow-based qualification

Dear Market participants,
On 18th October 2018, CWE TSOs published the PST tap range used during the flow-based qualification. As described in the table attached to that message, in normal circumstances, -6/+6 taps can be used on the PSTs of Van Eyck and Zandvliet.
Please note that during the winter 2018/2019 and in case high import needs are identified, up to -9 taps could be used on the PSTs of Van Eyck and Zandvliet in the calculation of available cross-border transmission capacity at the Day-Ahead time horizon.
Market participants will be informed each time this measure is applied.
