Public consultation opening - Allocation Rules for Serbia-Montenegro border

On behalf of the relevant TSOs, and in anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the daily and long-term auctions for the Serbia-Montenegro (RS-ME) border, JAO is launching the public consultation on the following documents:
- 'Rules for Explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border serviced by JAO'and its'Border specific annex for Serbia-Montenegro'
- 'Harmonised Allocation Rules' and its'Border Specific Annex for the Bidding Zone border Montenegro-Serbia'.
The consultation period runs from 8th October to 7th November 2025.
All interested parties are invited to submit their comments via e-mail no later than07/11/2025 17:00 CETto the following e-mail address:consultation@jao.eu.
Following the consultation, TSOs will evaluate Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules and the border specific annex to the responsible NRAs.
