Public consultation opening - Border specific annexes to the HAR for the Ukrainian borders

Dear Market Participants,

On behalf of the TSOs (MAVIR, SEPS and Transelectrica), and in anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the monthly auctions for the Ukraine-Hungary, Ukraine-Slovakia and Ukraine-Romania borders, JAO is opening the public consultation on the following documents:

- Border Specific Annex for the bidding zone border Ukraine - Hungary

- Border Specific Annex for the bidding zone border Ukraine - Slovakia

- Border Specific Annex for the bidding zone border Ukraine - Romania

The long-term auctions on each of these borders will be governed by the Harmonised Allocation Rules together with the respective border specific annex.

The consultation period runs from 24th June to 8th July 2025.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments via e-mail no later than 08/07/2025 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address: consultation@jao.eu

Following the consultation, the TSOs will evaluate the comments from market participants and submit the border specific annexes to the responsible NRAs.
