Public consultation-Regional Specific Annex for CCR SEE

Dear Market Participants,

JAO SA informs on behalf of the TSOs Transelectrica, ESO EAD and ADMIE/IPTO that a public consultation on the "Regional Specific Annex for CCR SEE to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights in accordance with Article 51 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation" has been launched.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments by 08/11/2018 10:00 CET to: consultation@jao.eu
