Public consultations for the Shadow Allocation Rules

Dear Market Participants,

We would like to inform you, on behalf of the TSOs that public consultations on the Shadow Allocation Rules have been launched today. The consultations are organised on CCR level as Fallback Procedures are also concerned for most of the regions.

The amendment process of the Regional Shadow Allocation Rules and the Shadow Allocation Rules 1.4 has been started in order to merge these documents into one set of Shadow Allocation Rules.

Main changes out of this process are the harmonization of processes between the allocation platform and market participants/TSOs in accordance with other allocation rules applied (e.g. EU HAR), as well as the envisaged changes of operational timings of the single day-ahead coupling (SDAC) that inter alia result in a shift of the shadow auction results publication deadline from D-1 13h50 to D-1 14h00.
