Registration Opening for BG–RO Shadow Auctions

Dear Market Participant,

We are opening now the registration for the Bulgaria-Romania shadow auctions. All pertaining documents can be found on our website. (http://www.jao.eu/resource-center) The relevant allocation rules, the “Shadow Allocation Rules” have been updated accordingly. We will share more details about the go-live date with you soon.

Please be kindly informed, that in order to be able to participate in these Shadow Auctions, you need to accept the Relevant Shadow Allocation Rules in the Attachment 1 section 3 and also need to select the border in the Attachment 6.

Furthermore you have to hold a valid Balancing Group Contract with both the Bulgarian TSO (ESO) and the Romanian TSO (TEL-TSO).

PS.: In case you do not want to change anything else in your Participation Agreement, you can leave the other additional rules as “unchanged” in the Attachment 1.

Please note that all questions and requests are handled through the JAO ticketing platform.
