Registration for Viking Link Auctions

Dear Market Participant,

We would like to inform you that explicit auctions for the Viking Link (Great Britain-Denmark) interconnector will be launched on JAO’s allocation platform at the beginning of 2024. Registration to participate in these auctions is now available.

Daily and Intraday auctions are planned to go-live first on 31December 2023, for market day 1 January 2024. These will be followed by Long Term auctions (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly), being introduced later.

All pertaining documents for the JAO registration can be found on our website, as well as the relevant allocation rules.

1. First time registration

Please send the Participation Agreement properly filled and signed, accepting the relevant Allocation Rules in Attachment 1 section 3, along with other registration documents.

2. Already registered

Please complete and send the latest  latest Amendment to the Participation Agreement properly filled and signed, accepting the relevant Allocation Rules in Attachment 1 section 3. The document can be found in the Resource Center under the Registration tab in the Registration and Modification Forms field.
