Registrations for Long-term Capacity on Swiss Borders and Daily Capacity on Croatia-Serbia Border

Dear Market Participants,

With the implementation of the new long-term (monthly and yearly) Swiss border auction rules which will enter into effect on 01.01.2018, we would like to remind you that the necessary pre-requisite to trade on long-term auctions of the Swiss borders is to complete the registration on these borders.

To complete the registration for these auctions, you must submit via post mail the Amendment No. 2 to Participation Agreement in two originals to our office (2, rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

Additionally, we would like to remind you that the registration for the daily auctions on the Croatia-Serbia border is now open. In order to participate in the daily auctions for this border with a product delivery period of 01.01.2018, please take into account the following steps needed for a successful registration:

1. Submit 2 originals of Amendment No. 3 (accepting the HR-RS Daily rules only) or Amendment No. 4 (accepting further additional rules, including HR-RS daily rules).

2. Ensure that the signatory/signatories of the forms is/are authorized to do so as per the Constitution Deed/extract of Commercial Register.

3. If the signatory/signatories do not appear in the Extract of Commercial register, a power of attorney letter/Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting in which signatory powers are granted, must be provided to JAO.

In order to simplify the registration process please choose only one amendment (either Amendment 3 or Amendment 4) to submit according to your needs.
