RTE and SWISSGRID announce Yearly 2025 auction on the FR<>CH border 11-09-2024
Dear market participants,
In line with a request from the French regulator CRE and after a public consultation which gathered Market Participants’ views, RTE and Swissgrid are pleased to announce that the France-Switzerland annual capacity for the delivery year 2025 will be split and offered into two separate auctions: the first one will be held in September 2024 and the second one end of Q4 2024.
The details of the second auction (end of Q4) will be communicated at a later stage.
