Start of the public consultation of the 3rd ID CCM amendment

Dear Market Participants,
Core TSOs have published a proposal for a third amendment of the Intraday Core Capacity Calculation Methodology to accommodate ATC validation.
Given the tight timings of the Intraday process for providing capacity before 21:45 day-ahead based on the DACF available after 20:30, TSOs do not have currently sufficient time to always assess efficiently the IVA validation for grid security.
For this reason, they require to add the possibility for an ATC validation process which acts on the final ATC computed to increase grid security when necessary.
