Switch to Allocation Constraint restored

Dear Market Participants,
Following the temporary reversal communicated in our message of 15.01.2021, Elia would like to inform you that it will start using again an Allocation Constraint for the submission of the Belgian maximum import constraint, sent as direct constraint input for the implicit day-ahead market coupling algorithm.
This change will apply as from delivery day 20th of January 2021.
The reference value for the maximum import constraint remains 6500 MW, corrected with the forecasted physical flow on the Nemo Link Interconnector.
