Test a new platform for customer's requests - JIRA

Dear Market Participants, After multiple tests, the new platform called JIRA has been prepared and will be open to the public to handle your requests. It is dedicated to increase efficiency, make the follow-up easier and to avoid multiple email flows related to the same topic. All the requests and issues will be handled as tickets, which can be easily created by you after the registration. We invite you and your colleagues to test the platform, where you can discover the system and it’s features. You will have 8 calendar days for testing activities from the 15th 8 a.m. until 22nd of March 5 p.m. The test requests will be handled during the regular working hours (08:00 – 17:00 CET) and the user guide for the test will be submitted on Wednesday 15th , at 8:00 a.m. Feel free to share your experiences at any time during the test period.
