[TTN] Announcement of new GLSK methodology for NL hub

TTN would like to announce that it is working on a new GLSK methodology. The main improvements are two fold.

First improvement will be the addition of LSK factors instead of only GSK ones. These will for example help with taking into account renewables in the lower voltage DSO grids.

Second improvement is that we will improve our internal IT systems in creating the GLSK. This will help with performance and reliability of the GSLK as well as improve the number of nodes we will take into account.

Go live is currently foreseen for the business day of 2026-01-14 for both day-ahead and intraday Flowbased calculations. This might be delayed subject to the building process we are currently going through. We will post another message closer to go live with an updated timeline.
