[TTN] Changes in CNE's for CORE Flowbased

Dear Market Participants,
A combination of maintenance and grid upgrade leads to temporary changes in the TenneT TSO B.V. grid topology.
This has led to the following change:
CNE GT-KIJ380 (EIC 49T0000000000274 and 49T0000000000282) and CST-KIJ380 (EIC 49T0000000000339 and 49T0000000000347) has merged into the new temporary CNE GT-CST380 (EIC 49T0000000002226)
After analysis of the new resulting flows this will lead to addition of the following elements as CNE to Flowbased CORE starting on business day 2022-11-16:
* Wateringen-Bleiswijk 380 Wit with element name WTR-BWK380 W and EIC 49T0000000000428
* Wateringen-Bleiswijk 380 Zwart with element name WTR-BWK380 Z and EIC 49T0000000000436
