[TTN] Changes in CNEs for CORE Flowbased

Dear Market Participants,

Some time ago a bypass consisting of a merge of network elements KIJ-DIM380 Z (49T000000000220A) and OZN-DIM380 Z (49T000000000219W) into KIJ-OZN 380 Z (49T000000000032B) was realized to enable maintenance and grid upgrades. This has now finished and the original grid situation has been restored.

This will result in the following CNE changes to Flowbased CORE starting on business day 2023-01-07:
* Oostzaan-Diemen 380 Zwart with element name OZN-DIM380 Z and EIC 49T000000000219W added as CNE
* Krimpen a/d IJssel-Diemen 380 Zwart with element name KIJ-DIM380 Z and EIC 49T000000000220A added as CNE
* Krimpen a/d IJssel-Oostzaan 380 Z with element name KIJ-OZN 380 Z and EIC 49T000000000032B removed as CNE

The new CNE's will be added with applicable contingencies.
