[TTN] Phase-out External Constraint for NL in Core Day-ahead Capacity Calculation

Dear market participants,
Please be informed that TenneT NL will discontinue the use of the External Constraint in the Core Day-ahead Capacity Calculation as of businessday December 15, 2023. By doing so, there will be no longer a static upper and lower limit (import-export) on the Core CCR net position of the Dutch bidding zone in SDAC.
This message confirms our earlier communication to market participant in Core CG on the intention to phase out the External Constraint before 2024.
