Unplanned unavailability PST 1 Van Eyck - Update

Dear market participants,
As announced in our previous message of 21 September 2018, the Phase Shifter Transformer 1 of Van Eyck is unavailable.
According to the last analysis performed and to our best estimate, the PST could stay out of operation until 15 December 2018.
We are currently investigating several options to get the PST back in operation as soon as possible and to limit the potential impact of this unavailability on the cross-border exchanges within the CWE area.
