Update: Approved Allocation Rules for Ukrainian borders

Dear Market Participants,


We would like to inform you that, following the approval by the Ukrainian NRA, the amended allocation rules listed below have been published on our website:

  1. HAR 2026 with the Borders Specific Annexes for the bidding zone borders Ukraine-Slovakia, Ukraine-Hungary and Ukraine-Romania
    • The Harmonised Allocation Rules have been amended; the BSAs remain unchanged.
  2. Border specific annex for Ukraine – Slovakia to the Rules for Daily Capacity Allocation on the Ukrainian Borders
    • The only update concerns the timing of the UA–SK daily auctions: in the Border Specific Annex for Ukraine–Slovakia, the bidding period has been moved from 09:30–10:10 D-2 to 09:30–10:10 D-1.

These amended allocation rules will be effective from delivery date 1st January 2026.
