The Core Flow-Based Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation project (Core FB DA CC) parties would like to inform market participants that anupdate to the Core Publication Tool has been releasedin April 3rd2023, including a new version of the Publication Handbook, with the addition “5.28. Alpha factor from MCP” .
