Update of Cross-Border capacities BE-FR and BE-UK

Dear Market Parties,
Elia, in agreement with its neighboring TSO's, is currently updating the crossborder capacities on at least one of its borders.
The concerned allocation platform (XBID and/or RNP) and the publication will be adapted accordingly for the period between 8am and 12am on the 21/02/2020.
