Updated Contact details and Commercial extract
Dear Market Participants,
In accordance with article 9 of the “Harmonised allocation rules for long‐term transmission rights in accordance with Article 51 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation”, and in order to ensure appropriate security and efficiency of the services offered by our platform, we invite you to review that all data and other information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
Changes regarding the contact people can be sent without any form directly through our ticketing system, to do that you just need to fill and sign the Attachment 1 - contact details form (a soft copy attached to a service desk ticket is sufficient).
The form is available on our website under “Registration and Modifications forms”.
Furthermore, in case of change of company details (name, address, authorized people) please send the copy of the updated commercial extract/additional document on the signatory rights. Please also note that the commercial extract should be English wording and cannot not be older than 6 months.
Therefore, in the event of any changes, please let us know by opening a ticket through our service desk platform (https://servicedesk.jao.eu) and submitting the relevant document(s).
