Please note that due to a technical issue our website and the trader interface for eCat might not be reachable using a certain browser. Until a permanent fix is delivered, we would like to ask you, to try visiting our website using a different browser (preferable Safari, Firefox, Edge).

 

If the issue still persist, please try the following workaround using Microsoft Explorer:

 

Open the Internet Explorer, then Click Tools Menu.
Click Internet Options and go to Advanced Tab.
Scroll down and locate Security.
Click the "Check for server certificate revocation" to remove the check mark.
A PC restart may be required for the changes to take effect
 

As an additional workaround, if you are using Windows, please follow the steps provided below:

Start Button -> Settings -> Search and press "Internet Options"
go to Advanced Tab.
Scroll down and locate Security.
Click the "Check for server certificate revocation" to remove the check mark.
A PC restart may be required for the changes to take effect
 

In case you you would like to participate on auctions, we recommend you to already access the trader interface of eCAT, ensuring that you would have enough time to place a bid.
