On behalf of Swissgrid and RTE, we are pleased to inform you of the launch of the public consultation for the amendment of the Swiss forward capacity allocation rules. The reason of this amendment is the integration of Swissgrid in CORE capacity calculation. The consultation concerns the SWG and RTE proposal for changing the Switzerland-France Firmness deadline in Article 58.

The public consultation will last from 1st September to 30th September 2025.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments via e-mail by 30/09/2025 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address: consultation@jao.eu

The relevant document “Draft_LT_CH_Auction_Rules_2026” can be found attached and the amendments are highlighted.
