Dear Market Participants,
Kindly be informed that following the merger of the “Regional Shadow Allocation Rules” and “Shadow Allocation Rules” a new “Shadow Allocation Rules” has been created (as approved by the TSOs).
We would like to inform you about the upcoming consultation of this new version of the “Shadow Allocation Rules” document. The public consultation will start today, on 06/02/2023 and it will last until 09/03/2023.
All interested parties are invited to submit comments via e-mail by 09/03/2023 14:00 CET to the following e-mail address:
Following the consultation, TSOs will evaluate the Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules to the responsible NRAs.
Please note, that the outcome of the Shadow Allocation Rule merger, will be effective for the Core Fallback methodology as well.
