On behalf of the relevant TSOs, and in anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the daily auctions for the Italy-Montenegro (IT-ME) border, JAO is launching the public consultation on the 'Rules for Explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border Italy-Montenegro'

The consultation period runs from 9th October to 10th November 2025.

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments via e-mail no later than 10/11/2025 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address: consultation@jao.eu.

Following the consultation, TSOs will evaluate Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules and the border specific annex to the responsible NRAs.
