On behalf of the relevant TSOs (MAVIR and SEPS), and in anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the intraday auctions for the Ukraine-Hungary and Ukraine-Slovakia borders, JAO is launching the public consultation on the ´Rules for intraday capacity allocation on Ukrainian borders´ with the Border specific annexes for Ukraine – Hungary and Ukraine – Slovakia.

The consultation period runs from 9th October to 6th November 2025.

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments via e-mail no later than 06/11/2025 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address: consultation@jao.eu.

Following the consultation, TSOs will evaluate Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules and the border specific annex to the responsible NRAs.
