Introduction of 2 Factor Authentication in JIRA service desk platform

Dear Market Participants,

We would like to communicate about anupcoming security upgrade by introducing a mandatory Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to access our Service desk as from Monday 26 September 2022.

To enable a stronger protection of your customer data, all current users of our Service desk will be required to configure their preferred 2FA method – either through an authenticator application that generates one-time passwords (OTPs) or over email.

The 2FA configuration will be required automatically for each user once the new configuration is live on Monday 26 September 2022, by following your current way of accessing our Service desk with your user name and password.
