Update: Approved Allocation Rules for HR-RS border

Dear Market Participants,

Following the approval by the relevant NRAs and further to our previous notification regarding the Serbian borders, the following documents have been updated on our website:

• “HAR 2026 for non-EU borders” and its Border Specific Annexes”for the bidding zone borders:
  • Croatia-Serbia (amendment with effective date 1^stJanuary 2026)

• “Rules for Explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border serviced by JAO”with Border Specific Annexes for the bidding zone borders:
  • Croatia-Serbia (amending the previous standalone HR-RS daily allocation rules with effective date 5^th February 2026)
